Payment and Cancellation Policy

$1,000 per angler is required to reserve your requested trip dates. The remaining balance must be paid at the lodge. Payment methods at the lodge are cash in US Dollars and personal checks with a 3% fee. Trip deposits are non-refundable and only transferable to a new angler. We recommend travel insurance, which you can purchase directly from us. Major Force, Natural Disaster Policy: In cases of proved major force of any kind, when anglers can't travel to Argentina, or if a fishing season is canceled, deposits will be credited towards the following season or following dates available, or any of our other programs, but will not be refunded.

Trip Rescheduling Insurance

Since we have a no-refund policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip investment. You can save money by purchasing insurance directly from us. You can benefit from the product Cancel for Any Reason for a Future Credit, created exclusively for our clients. This provides a credit for a future trip in the amount of 100% of the deposit when you cancel up to 1 month prior to arrival. Please note this insurance only covers the deposit paid — it does not cover your flights, hotel, transfers, etc. Future trip credit is valid for 1 year. The cost of this product is 5% over your total trip fee.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

You can benefit from the product Cancel for Any Reason and get a full refund. This provides a refund in the amount of 100% of the deposit when you cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival. If the trip is canceled up to 15 days of arrival, it provides a refund in the amount of 50% of the deposit. Non-refundable if cancelled within 15 days of your arrival. The cost of this product is 10% over your total trip fee.
